Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for HealOvi services.
1. Subscriptions
Some services may be offered as recurring subscriptions, memberships, care plans, or medication plans. The price, billing frequency, included services, and renewal terms will be shown before checkout.
2. Automatic Renewal
By enrolling in a recurring service, you authorize HealOvi or its payment processor to charge your payment method at the disclosed renewal interval until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel by logging into your account portal, contacting support@healovi.com, or using other cancellation methods shown at checkout. Cancellation must be submitted before the applicable renewal or processing deadline.
4. Orders Already Processed
Cancellation may not stop an order that has already been reviewed, prescribed, sent to a pharmacy, compounded, dispensed, packaged, shipped, or otherwise processed.
5. Refunds
Fees for completed consultations, provider reviews, pharmacy processing, medications, lab orders, digital services, and shipped products may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
6. No Guarantee of Treatment
If a provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate, HealOvi may provide a refund or partial refund according to the checkout terms for that service. The exact refund rules will be shown before purchase.
7. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we may pause, cancel, or delay your service, refill, shipment, or account access.
8. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with notice where required by law. Continued use after a price change becomes effective means you accept the new price.
9. Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on payment processor and financial institution timelines.
